Does anyone know if TCB have completely got rid of the grid 'merchant' view for the transactions, or if it's still accessible in some way?
https://www.topcashback.co.uk/account/earnings/merchant
That was so much clearer than the list 'date' view for a quick, simple overview.
It seems very regressive to just have removed that grid, if that's the case, seeing as both styles were previously available so one could choose the preferred layout!
I can here to post the same thing - the new layout is stupid design, there is no longer a transaction overview just a list than spans several pages.
Please put this back to how it was, or at least give us an option to opt into this.0 -
The amount is now showing as payable on the payout page, but after answering my security question to confirm payout, it goes back to the list of payout options rather than confirming it.0

Hi Everyone,
@JPears - Do you mind emailing me at mse@topcashback.co.uk so I can see the reason for the decline? It's not always merchants who declines cashback but I may be able to help you reduce the situation occurring in the future by looking at the reasons.
@steve1500, Moi and @bxboards - We have made changes and combined all the earnings pages into one where you can filter by date, value, status and also Alphabetically. The changes here have had no effect on the bug on the payout page that we are still working on. Suggestions for improvement really are welcome as we want this page to be as user friendly as possible.
@Kim_13 - The payout bug we are encountering is being rather stubborn. We are working on this and hope to get is resolved asap.
I hope this helps everyone.
Best wishes,

Hello
Firstly, if you were going to make changes, maybe you should ask for suggestions for user friendliness before they were made, not after!
I will give one example - suppose I have a transaction and it goes on to Confirm, Pending or even a decline that it was made several months ago. This transaction has now vanished several pages down the list and will be hard to find. On the old page, this was always shown on the 1st page. The changes you have made are the polar-opposite of user friendly, you have made take a nice simple overview page that showed everything with no requirement for user interaction and made users wade through several pages and click filters burying useful info, as opposed to your previous page showed it all perfectly with no user interaction needed.
Please put it back to how it was. If you do value user feedback, please do not make this change be a fait accompli.0 -
Bxbords sums it up in a nutshell. Why would you want to make it more complicated? It was far more "user-friendly" before, allowing various view options, but starting out with a complete snapshot.0 -
Please, please, please return Earnings page to original format - one line per merchant - and not one line for each & every cashback.
Also the Earnings Summary column to the right of the screen has the 'confirmed' total the same as the 'claimed' total which, in my case, it definitely is not. I think the 'declined' total is wrong too.
Many thanks0 -

I think the person who "redesigned" the earnings page was an art student and a fan of Jackson Pollock.
