Hi TCB, I did a quick browse at the earlier posts but still wonder why a transaction wouldn't track even after following TCB notes. As a start , I cleared all the cookies, opened TCB and followed the link. Later, entered my details and completed the transactions. But still it wouldnt track. I raised a claim but received a reply saying it can take several months. Who on earth would like to take such a pain again when you did exactly what you were asked to and still doesnt work? I will wait for a response before disclosing more details. Thanks0

SSE currently no longer offer cashback on broadband on cashback sites . They do change rates from time to time and this is all down to their discretion.

SSE (broadband) will be back again with better offers.No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
8 months now that TCB are waiting for an "uplift" in a payment from ARGOS for a transaction following their (TCB) guidelines and procedures, where they only paid a fraction of what was advertised.....
BIT OF A RIP OFF....

@Croydon18 - Ultimately it's down to the cookies on your device at the time of purchasing. Clearing cookies and cache can massively help but there can be other pieces of software plotting cookies on your device, there could have been a tracking error, you may not have purchased an eligible transaction etc. As you can see there can still be reasons for untracked transactions happening. The best way for me to look at this is if you send me a message to mse@topcashback.co.uk. That way I'll be able to check out the tracking stats for the merchant for you.
@mamabuddah - I know you're already aware of this but I can only re-emphasise that this is being worked on. We are unable to bring you further news on this until they have paid the outstanding amount of cashback.

@matt....I think you need to take a serious look at the words "waiting on" and "working on"... and figuring out what they mean....do you really suggest that TCB have been "actively" working on this ripoff for me and others for over 8 months now?
For one....if you are ...you're not very good...and secondly, it's a poor use of TCB resources for little or no result...why not step up to the mark, admit you advertised something that you can't deliver on, make good the shortfall and then if you want, me and the rest of us that got stiffed on the ARGOS ripoff can leave and go elsewhere....that's what most reputable companies would do when their customers get seriously let downNo two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
i have a Chromebook and i cant seem to get anything to track since ive started using it. I have removed Adblock completely and have also tried a fresh browser with no cookies etc
any ideas how i can get this fixed??0 -

@mamabuddah - I am afraid what you have described is not the cashback process we are part of. We are not willing to subsidy any non payment of a merchant. A continuous move in this manner would seriously impact the rates available on our site. To clarify we don't work with the merchant directly, the cashback network as explained are those who have to not only work out why full payment isn't received but also work on obtaining the cashback. We do discuss issues like your own with them to ensure they are working on a resolution. The claims team and myself have done our best to not only keep you in the loop as we can but also would appreciate your co-operation and patience in this matter.
@g4fne - Could you make sure cookies are enabled? If nothing at all is tracking it would suggest there's some setting on your device that is not allowing tracking. Firewall, Anti Virus and web browser settings are good place to check out first for potential issues.

"in discussions"...."8 months"...basically in the absence of you being able to say what you've discussed or done....nothing has been the result achieved so far....so 8 months of nothing....except me doing what TCB said on their offer, following their instructions, TCB confirming the transaction but paying me short, then even with all the proof you (TCB), advertised it, tracked it, confirmed it etc....you still don't have enough to convince your (un named) affiliate that something is not right and as a result of your(TCB's) ineptitude to convince them (or unwillingness to properly resolve it) you allow me and other customers to be stitched up...its only about £19....but its about the principles...which you (TCB) don't seem to have....so as far as I'm concerned, I bought off ARGOS through TCB and both have ripped me and others off.No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -

Once upon a time - TCB did exactly the opposite -so what has changed bar TCB profits hitting new heights - am I being "unfair"to TCB
