Hi there,
@bxboards, please let me reassure you that there is no cover up, Direct Line now operate via a different cashback program and when this occurs, the page is reset meaning that any reviews from the previous program are not visible, I do apologise for any concern this has caused though. If you could email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk wth your email though, I would be happy to take a look into why your review is not showing.
@CHRISSYG, do you have an ad-blocker installed at all and do you disable this when using TopCashback, do you also clear your cookies regularly? If you do find that even after following these measures, these are still not tracking as expected, could you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk with some of your untracked transaction dates, so that I can take a further look into this for you.
@Liquidity, you will need to go through our help section to access the support ticketing system to see if we can answer your questions more rapidly for you, but please be assured that there is an option to contact us if the help section options are not of use.
@Adrian, I am afraid that I am not sure why you have seen this track at a lower rate than expected but our Claims Team will do all that they can to get this tracking at the £147 for you. I am afraid that I am not able to say for certain if and when this will resolved as we do rely on a resolution and the cashback being provided by the merchant, but hopefully, we are able to get back to you with a positive resolution soon and your patience in the meantime is greatly appreciated.
@Huwbert, that is a good question but I am afraid that I am not in a position to comment here, you would need to speak with a financial advisor or someone from the tax office regarding this. Sorry I cannot be of more assistance.
Best wishes,

About My Credit Monitor: You say "£15.75 cashback just for starting a free trial!" Can you clarify the user review that implies you have to cancel in the first 20 days or first payment may be taken. While you don't qualify for cashback till day 25.
If true, cashback with a FREE trial would be physically impossible.0 -
Hi
Didn't know where to post this, but thought I would like to warn people
In November I went through to Churchill insurance via Topcashback Expecting to receive a £30 payback
Even after putting in my policy number etc and having a genuine claim, it has just been marked as declined by Churchill insurance.
I went to the reviews section to voice my disgust only to find many more reviews stating the same thing.
Please avoid clicking through to Churchill insurance as they aren't honoring the deal.
Here is the link to the reviews

No fault of Topcash back, but I do think they should take action
Just be warned ........................

Hi there,
@1D1F, I can see that the review that you are referring to was posted in July 2014 and I can see that the current terms state that you must complete at least 25 days of your 30 day trial to be eligible for the cashback. I can see that it does say on the merchants site that 'If you cancel within your free trial no fees will be payable' but if you have any concerns, then I would suggest checking this note with the merchant.
@Ron, I believe that we may have been in contact on other social media platforms, if you could get in touch with me at mse@topcashback.co.uk, or on one of my other messages on other sites, I can take a look into this for you and see if I can find out any further information.
Best wishes,

Can you tell me which cashback program falsely declined my cashback and those of several others who's reviews have been deleted? The FoS will be dealing with this, and the screenshots of the missing reviews sent in alongside the 'mis-selling' complaint which is being directed at DirectLine.
So it is not necessary for you to re-instate the review, as the FoS have the screenshots and tracking screenshots now.0 -
Further to my post # 1262 bxboards regarding the 'declined' for my landlord insurance via TCB.
There is now a complaint in regarding this, and Direct Line customer care who are handling this complaint have an interesting update
1) DirectLine say they have NOT declined this
2) They say I have met all the terms and conditions of the cashback incentive
3) They will validate this at the end of January. They are VERY clear that this has and will not 'decline'
Margaret at Directline customer care has given me permission to share this info, and Alan at DirectLine customer has faxes and copies of all screenshots.
Directline are very concerned that there is a claim this has been 'declined' on your website, as they say they have not declined it, will not decline it, and will pay it.
Over to you...0 -
Hi bxboards,
I am not able to disclose the program details here and I can assure you that no reviews have been deleted so to speak, these will not show on site if the cashback program has gone on to change as this page has been reset and I am sorry to hear that you feel you need to follow this route.
If you could email me directly at mse@topcashback.co.uk with your transaction date, I would be happy to look into this further for you but I would like to clarify that all transactions and claims go through an affiliate network, before going to the merchant and we do not liaise with the merchants directly. Please do be aware also that not all merchants customer services will be aware of how the cashback process works, this is often dealt with by a separate department, but I am more than happy to see if we have received any information regarding this for you.
I look forward to receiving your email.
Many thanks,

hi TCB,I have a query. I am about to make a big purchase from Bensons for Beds. I saw that there is an extra 7% off orders + cashback valid till 25th Jan 2015. I tried but said that the code is not valid. Can you please resolve this? If I take code posted there (5%) by another member, will I still be entitled for cashback?
Cheers.0
