Hi bxboards,
I am not able to disclose the program details here and I can assure you that no reviews have been deleted so to speak, these will not show on site if the cashback program has gone on to change as this page has been reset and I am sorry to hear that you feel you need to follow this route.
If you could email me directly at mse@topcashback.co.uk with your transaction date, I would be happy to look into this further for you but I would like to clarify that all transactions and claims go through an affiliate network, before going to the merchant and we do not liaise with the merchants directly. Please do be aware also that not all merchants customer services will be aware of how the cashback process works, this is often dealt with by a separate department, but I am more than happy to see if we have received any information regarding this for you.
I look forward to receiving your email.
Many thanks,
Samantha
I have e-mailed you these details.
Firstly Directline business absolutely refute this statement: 'This transaction has been declined by the merchant, which means that it has been marked as being ineligible for cashback.'
Margaret at Directline business absolutely refutes this - the policy is and will validate at the end of January 2015. They have not declined this.
I also mentioned all the other reports of 'declines' and the deleted reviews - they are very concerned about this, as it puts them in a very poor light. The reports of batch of 'declines' when they have not declined concerns them greatly if they find themselves in front of the FoS when they insist they have not and will not 'decline' and have made no 'decline' decision and do intend to 'validate' at the end of January and they expext me to be paid middle Febuary 2015.0 -
I am trying to submit a support ticket re cashback tracked but not payable 5 weeks after estimated date.
However, after going through the flow and reaching the page with suggested answers which says at the bottom "If none of these answer your question, then please continue to submit your support ticket." there is no button to actually submit a ticket, only a "Back" button.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?0 -
Hi there,
@james007ago, I can see that the current cashback rate is 7%, there is a code for up to 25% off with cashback but I can confirm that this is related to offers already on the merchants site and should be listed as a hot deal, I do apologise for any confusion caused and we are getting this rectified. In regards to the member posted codes, I am afraid that these may cause your cashback to go on to decline.
@bxboards, thank you for the email and I hope that I have been able to help, I can see that you have now responded also and I will be sure to get back to you soon! I am investigating this further and will update you on your email, in regards to the reviews though, as mentioned, they should be aware that the program has changed as this would be something that they would be involved in, due to this, the page in which the merchant was advertising on the previous program, is no longer active and anything on this page would no longer be visible.
@jackqu7 are you able to email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk with the category that you are trying to submit this for and also, the merchant? I can then take a look into this for you.
Kind regards,

hi samantha,
Thank you for your reply. My query is you have provided an extra 7% code on top of the 7% cashback rate, meaning a double saving? However that 7% code says on the merchants website that it is not valid. Obviously this is a significant saving for me and would love to have a working code. Would this code be rectified for it to work?0 -
hello first time using Topcashback, and on Rakuten it sayPlease be aware there are currently tracking issues with this merchant however please be assured the merchant are trying to resolve these now and should be rectified shortly.
if i buy stuff now does it mean i will not get cashback?0 -
Boo Hiss.
You changed the Ts and Cs of one of your offers after I clicked through and purchased this morning (Pockit).
Why do you do this and why will you now reject my claim based on "Look at the current Ts and Cs?"
I've had this before, but not to this extent?
FWIW, Quidco haven't changed their Ts and Cs to reflect the "£20 load". I would have done it through them had I known. Now changed too.
I've put a claim in anyway - you also changed the amount AFTER I clicked through. The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Hi there,
@james007ago, I am afraid that I am not able to see a 7% code on the Bensons For Beds page, are you able to send me a screenshot of the code that you are seeing so that I can look into this further? You will be able to send this to mse@topcashback.co.uk.
@askara, this is now resolved but if for any reason, you do find that this does not track as expected, you can always lodge a claim for this via the Customer Care section of your account.
@newsgroup_monkey, I am sorry to hear that the terms and rate changed after you had clicked through, we do like to keep these up to date so any changes are applied right away, hopefully our Claims Team can get the amount that was showing upon clicking through, tracking as expected.
Best wishes,
Samantha“Official Company Representative

Hi bxb, I've recently had £90 declined through policy expert even though I met all the criteria? The thing I've noticed on the site negative feedback against a non paying company seems to be a no no, why?
Quite clearly you have proof of this. Is it worth contacting watchdog? I have been ripped off, how many others out there as well?0 -
I have an account with you and wanted to open a Co-operative bank account to get the cashback of £42.
My husband is opening a Co-operative bank account as well but I know we are only allowed one Topcashback account per household.
Can I click through my topcashback account a second time for him to open his bank account and will it track?
Thanks.0
