    or perhaps he's just busy!

I wouldn't try and second guess or analyse this too much. I've had girlfriends who tied themselves up in knots because I wasn't at their beck and call, they work themselves up into a lather thinking all sorts of strange scenarios from me being on a date with another woman to being abducted by aliens.

The sad reality is that I was either busy at work or busy at home renovating my house, completely oblivious to the torment my girlfriends were in.

I do have to say that once I discovered their torment, it really put me off because there is nothing more unattractive or unappealing than a desperate, clingy girlfriend.

Mrs Dither landed me with a combination of good humour, distance when approriate and a healthy amount of cynicism...

I'm an amazing catch and to be honest, far too attractive for Mrs Dither, but she played me like a fish, reeled me in and got me into her keepnet. Once home she gutted me and served me up for tea. Good for her, I say.

Hi all, sorry I haven't updated. I have been having endless computer problems. We have spoken once or twice since the last update. Texts are still a few a day. He works all day and I work about 6 hours a day. He has booked a table at a restaurant and we are meeting on Friday evening.....I know most suggested meeting up for coffee but the way I see it is if no relationship comes of it what about friendship? Those who know him tell me he's good looking and I already know he has a great personality. Now I'm wondering what is he going to think about me and my looks......keep you posted.

Spend all day glamming yourself up. Not only will you be relaxed you will look and feel beautiful in the evening and be full of confidence

This time tommorow hopefully you will still be in his company! I hope he turns out to be a real diamond for you, not cubic zirconia like most men

Woah! That's an extremely bitter and hugly sweeping statement! I could say the same thing about most women being neurotic, insane harridans who start to lose their marbles 2 weeks before their "cycle" :o then lose their marbles completely for a week during their "cycle" and then slowly start to gain their marbles for the week after their "cycle". All in all, I could say that women are crazy for all but 2 days in the month.

    But I won't. ;)

LOL DD you do make me laugh with some of your posts.

Sorry for my sweeping statement but there have been a lot of scumbags in my life until i met my husband, who was initially a diamond then got downgraded to cubic zirconia, then cubic zirconia dust and then he got promoted to diamond again and has been diamond quality now for about 12 months, all in the space of six years. All the others bar the one that got away (yes us women have those too) were all cubic zirconia and a few didnt even make that grade.

I say good luck to Betty, and I hope he is a diamond sat in a nice platinum setting (nice house and good job lol)
