Though I'm a little confused about the forecasting section of the general terms (4.4).
I am confused:o as it only mention packetpost, does this cover the royal mail 24/48 service
its been one of those days, think i nee to have a chill out in the bath, and then read the email, and ALL the terms an conditions:eek::rotfl:Work to live= not live to work0 -
Yes it's the new service 24/48.
I must say their O.B.A. website is as poor as the information they give!
At least my parcels seem to be getting there, I am paying average £2.21 to send parcels RM48 service so about the same as before!0 -

When did you do your ap form? They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Really am sitting on the fence now with opening a RM account, OR do I just use dispatch bay?????
If your parcels are mainly less than 2kg and you can make the volumes, then RM is cheaper. If you have mostly >2kg, then Despatch Bay remains cheaper. But there's not a huge amount in it, so I'd go on convenience too. (I find despatch bay convenient because they pick up from my porch and sign the paperwork regardless of whether I'm here or not).
At the moment I'm running with Despatch Bay until I get RM up and running, then I think I will switch to RM. Probably. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Is this for the new small parcel size?Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0 -

When did you do your ap form?
I Phoned, and they passed my details onto the sales team, the call back timescale now/was approx 3 weeks:eek::eek:
I should imagine this week people who didn't realise/know about the price hike, could be phoning up too, so think they might be busy for a few more weeksWork to live= not live to work0 -

You don't do it by size but by average weight. Which is really good for me as my items are light but some are bulky.
So if you send 10 parcels you weigh them all up and divide the total by 10.
We need our own O.B.A. thread!
I think I was lucky in getting set up so quickly. I phoned them 10th March I think and it took 2 weeks to sort out.0
