O2 customers being sold to sky don't have to take a sky landline if they are now with other landline providers than o2. The sky offer of free sky tv and bb for a year is only available if you also switch landline to them."0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0

The issue would be i would like a faster connection so fibre (CTTC) is it? FTTC?
You dont get free 0845 and 0870 with sky do you?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

0870 calls are included in their one hour "free" calls packages (not 0845 ones though)0 -
I've had three letters and today a text from Sky telling me I can get a great deal on their TV.
It cost me to reply 'stop'. I tried calling them and spoke to an Indian call centre who didn't know what I was talking about.
When I finally spoke to someone in Scotland, she was incredulous that I didn't want Sky TV. 'But it's a great deal, it's free!'..."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
Are they contacting by phone rather than email. They wont get me then.

Just discovered that to text Sky to tell them to stop texting me has cost me 8p.

what are you o2 customers thoughts on the next best broadband company?
USwitch site seems to suggest TalkTalk and EE are cheapest, but not heard many reviews of either of those, wondering about PlusNet but don't know much about them either, seen them mentioned a few times on this thread....0 -
EE/Horange are just a BT reseller, they don't have their own network. Talk Talk have won the wooden spoon for customer service three years running. Plusnet is a BT company and runs over the BT network, but does have UK call centre.
Your best option is probably Sky Llu.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
