Their Broadband site only mentions business users (www.primusbroadband.co.uk) so is no help. Their phone site is :-
http://www.planet-talk.co.uk - but this does not mention broadband! The best way is to phone them - it costs nothing, they are not agressive marketers so you will not be pestered - and ask them to email you the terms.
