Great news on all the happy scans.

Did anyone watch One Born Every Minute? I usually watch on 4od but several friends have put comments on fb saying how sad it was & they were in bits. Is it one to miss this week - or is it just a reminder of real life?

Can't sleep - this is a ridiculous time to be posting!

AFM I got dated a bonus 6 days more. I must ovulate quite early! I ate a bar of chocolate 40 mins before scan as I heard sugar makes baby wriggly. sure enough baby was break dancing! I'll lurk a bit more here but will move on to next thread. 12+6

I watched OBEM last night. It was sad but the parents were so brave. They found out at 20wk scan that baby had CDH - congenital diaphragmatic hernia and may not survive long after birth. I did have a little cry but I miscarried before Xmas and now being pg again; have all these emotional hormones in me! It was good to bring awareness to people - I signed the e-petition after.

Abi, thinking of you today-got everything possible crossed for you. Be kind to yourself lovely, it is always going to be a really scary time but it will be worth it x

It's my birthday today, excellent excuse to give in to all my cravings and only eat grapes and raspberries all day!

Hello all - just got back from a scan to check on the bleed they found in my womb last week and it looks like it's gone so very happy about that. Had a quick look at baby development and we're about 2 days behind where last week's measurements said we were - 10w2d rather than 10w4d - but I'm hoping that's just down to the inaccuracies of the measurements at this stage...?

Although I'm really happy with my scan, the girl ahead of me came out in tears and I overheard her saying something about a D&C to her friend. Felt so bad for her I was almost in tears myself .
