I'm 5+3 (my normal cycle was 34 days) though me and the doctor have done a good job of messing my dates up lol. She got me down as last period 5th November and I've managed to put it done as 31st November not october on the sheet for the midwife.

Need to sort out my booking appointment on monday. Don't know how I'm gonna make it to my 12 weeks scan it seems ages away :eek:.

Hey ladies, sorry for the recent bad news if you are still around - the miscarriage support thread is indeed great when required

I have got a strong BFP yesterday but thought I was only 9DPO, did a clearblue this morning and got 3+ weeks... which is obviously amazing but a little bit weird...

SO I have done some random googling and it seems impossible that I could be where I think I am and get 3+, I can now only think that my last very light period was infact an implantation bleed and I am more like 6+3 Happy days although will be keeping my fingers firmly crossed.

Anyone got any other suggestions?!

welshgirl I had what seemed like a normal AF when I was first pregnant. I wouldn't even have tested if I hadn't been temping and saw that my temp stayed high. My periods are generally pretty light anyway. Could something similar be going on with you?

AFM, nausea seems to have returned, and I'm really happy about it! It's not as bad as last week, which is nice.

i was the same wangdoodle wouldn't have even tested as I thought it was a period but then realised it hadn't got heavier and with no clots. The digi then gave me pregnant 1-2 weeks :j

Congratulations! I had exactly the same thing went to my 12 week scan and baby had died at 9+5 and then was pregnant again quite quick after and it was back tracked on. I ended up having a private scan at 9+3 and then my normal scan at 12 weeks.

Doctors do seem to be a bunch of fibbers when it comes to extra scans and things like that don't they. DH and I agreed after the last mc that if we made it to a reasonable number of weeks we would go for a private scan anyway. I just don't think I can make it to 12 weeks without some reassurance. I'm thinking of going between 7 & 8weeks but has anyone else been for one and would it be worth waiting an extra week or so?

Hello ladies, just a little update from me. All''s going well, nausea is starting to calm down though still feel sick when i'm tired. 12 week scan on the 27th dec, can't wait !

To the ladies who were worrying about cramping in the beginning ; i had af-like cramps during the first couple of weeks, which were really scary. But everything was fine.

I'm not sure if i'm starting to get a bump yet :S
