I've just amended the list slightly as I noticed sophiasmum was second but her date is actually fifth so I've changed it (sorry my OCD habits...lol)

Edit - to remove becsxxx as well as I've realised she's a lucky thing and has moved to the next thread now

It's a baby!!! It's a baby!!!

It was amazing and now I feel so much relief its unreal. A whole 13 weeks of not knowing and now knowing that the baby is quite happy is an unbelievable feeling.

The baby was very wriggly and even looked as though it was waving at us at one point. Although I don't think I have ever needed the toilet more. Them running 30 minutes late didn't help. She put the whatever its called on my tummy and said 'wow your bladder is full' and it took a lot of control not to scream 'I KNOW' :rotfl:.

I have tried to put the scan picture up but don't have a clue how. I know DH knows so will get him to help me when he is back from work later.

Thank you for all the good lucks. I just can't believe how amazing it was. Feels so real now! xxx

Yay Vickyvicks, sounds lovely, apart from the full bladder bit!!

Did your dates change at all?

Yep they did, I went from 13+1 to 13+5 making my new due date 14th May. So pleased as this takes it even further away from my birthday x

What time is yours on Friday? Mine is 12:20 x

Mine is at 09:40am, then I have to go to another department in the hospital and have blood taken for the downs syndrome test

Do you have to do that as well? x

We went in at 9:20, and were out by 10:45, but it's difficult to get blood from me! She loved the fact that I had been stalking the other boards and kind of knew what to expect and what she was talking about too.
