Congrats lemonmelon, must be a big relief!

Back to the o rhesus - is it a good idea for our OHs to get checked? I only ask because I am o negative and wondered if my hubs is too then there's no need for the injection? Just wondering!

As Fluffy said, they only have the mums word that their partner is the babies biological father so makes sense to just test mum and give jabs if needed :)

Thanks for letting me know. I don't mind needles I'd just love a chance not to be prodded any more than necessary! Night all.

Lots of times (7 prem babies).. never felt a thing.. The knack is to not tense up when they do them.. there isn't really any significant evidence they even work, just circumstantial.

I don't do bum jabs.. that is just wrong, I have them in my thigh and it is completely painless mostly.. worst it was was like an ant bite.. a bit hot for a second and forgotten about.

My eldest 2 are now 11 and 9 an d I am rhesus neg. When I had them I only had the injection after they were born. Have they changed it now? Will I have to have one before hand? I hope not - they are horrible!!!
Feel really sick this morning! Also is it normal for my stomach to feel really tender?
Not told anyone yet apart from my 2 best friends cos I needed to tell someone!! lol

    Hello :hello:

I'm popping over from the TTC boards. Got a TLP on the 10th, and have been stressing a little over the lines on my tests not darkening up very well. Got 1-2 weeks on a digi yesterday and a much stronger line today, so starting to have a little more hope (which in itself is making me more worried - its a hard rollercoaster this TTC lark!).

    I'm 4+1 today :j

I had an early miscarriage at 4+3 last cycle, and had a mmc which turned out to be a partial molar pregnancy last May - which then required a lot of testing and I wasn't allowed to TTC for a while. So I don't have the best of histories - but I do have a beautiful DD who is coming up 7.

Am hoping to get further than the weekend this time round :o:o And hope to stay around and actually graduate from this board for once :o:o
 Married my lobster in July 2011

TTC # 2 since Oct 2011 - good things come to those who wait :o

 2013 is going to be our lucky year
