    Morning everyone,

Seems like we all have one thing in common! Tiredness. I got up at 12 which is super late for me and had some breakfast and I am going to try and whip around and be productive for a few hours before my nap. It is like being a baby, all this sleeping.

    10+0 today

    :)

Well managed to get a couple of tops and a swimsuit. Got my booby department measured so that I could get one that was underwired (all support is welcome atm) and it turns out I have gone up 2 bra sizes!!! I knew they had gotten bigger but still... By the time this pregnancy is finished I think my assets are going to need a county name all their own!

Went for chinese for lunch and it turns out jellybean really doesn't like it. So won't be having one of them again for quite a while. Annoyingly I managed to stick to just rice, noodles and stir fry veg plus water. I avoided all deep fried meat and sticky sauces. Didn't matter though. Still feel really bleugh! Now sitting on sofa, chilling out in pjs and considering watching Home Alone. Really fancy watching a Christmas related film. I know I shouldn't get excited but I just can't help it. Big kid at heart really.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing and nap filled Sunday xx
  • did you buy anything nice - Vickyviks? Ive got some maternity tops from previous pregnancies but tbh they wouldn't flatter either at the moment! Im sticking to loose normal tops with a vest underneath to try and smooth me out!
Confession - I am today wearing early pregnancy jeans (that I already had)..... So comfy! Have been living in leggings but had to look slightly smarter today for a party and my normal jeans would so not be a flattering look at the moment!

Elf is my favourite Christmas film :) and Santa Claus the movie :)

I've started looking at maternity clothes but haven't bought anything yet. I've still got some stuff left from my previous pregnancy so don't need much more. I want a swimming costume though as I want to make an effort and go swimming a bit this time around.

Anyone know where to get leggings/tights for a larger woman? I don't know what size I am because I haven't bought clothes in two years! I'm somewhere between a UK 20 and 24 I think. Thanks in advance! I think I have a new fascination. CSI. I never thought I'd like it, but I'm currently watching yet another episode. :o

Mrs_T_M - how about Asda or New Look? I have not bought any maternity clothes yet. Will have to wait until at least 12 weeks. My partner loves CSI - I have seen the first series as he had it on DVD when we met.

Pheonix7- Scan this week! I think I might have some maternity stuff around somewhere but I will have to have a search. I think I kept the Marks and Sparks feeding bras because of the sheer cost!
They will be 10 years old nearly so not sure what condition they are in.

    sophiasmum -How was the party?

Vickyvics - wish my boobs had gone up two sizes I need it I am a 30B! Glad you found a swimming outfit. I am sorry the Chinese didn't go down well. I had sweet and sour chicken the other day, got it down but it took a long long time.

    sunshine81 - Good luck with the Dr's.

mysecretalias- 5th November is not long away now, mine is the 4th :)

    xx

  • Samtoby & Vickyvics - I had Chinese the other day as well and didn't really enjoy it. Maybe they put something in it that doesn't really agree with pregnant people!!

Samtoby - I'm almost jealous that yours is one day earlier than mine, just seems a painfully long way away now!! Makes it worse that work people have already started to clock that something is up and I don't want to tell them until after the 5th. Argh!

Hope everyone has had a nice restful day :) I have been feeling very sick today :( my boyfriend has been doing everything today whilst I mostly sleep!! Got to go to Liverpool tomorrow and stay overnight for work, going to really miss my boyfriend looking after me for two days! Hate staying in hotels without him :(
Our first baby due 25th May 2014 :T

I think 5USA is doing a CSI marathon tonight! I'm soooo sleepy, but I want to stay up and watch, but no tv in the bedroom.

The closest Asda we have is in Lowestoft, and it's a bit of a walk from the train station. I know we will be heading that way around Christmas, mostly to visit DH's grandad and his wife and to spring the wonderful news on them both! :rotfl:

As for New Look, I'll have to look around online to see if there's one in Norwich (should be, there seems to be one of nearly everything else). I had thought about Evans, since that's where I bought my swimsuit (that *did* fit perfectly, but it's already tight on my belly now!).

The only reason I don't wear skirts is that my thighs rub together, become raw, and bleed. I'm thinking that if I can find some tights to wear through the pregnancy, I can find loads of skirts in the charity shops for £1-2 each that are nice and stretchy. :)

Found a skirt the other day in one of the charity shops I frequent for £1. I was cold Friday, so when DH got home, I was wearing my pj's (long bottoms), slipper socks, slippers, that skirt, a long sleeved jumper, and my dressing gown! I looked so silly, but I was so warm. :D

    ETA:
Just found someone offering a handful of bottles and a manual medela breast pump on my local Freegle. Is it too early to start getting stuff like that?
