Aww Becca, hope you're OK. Try to relax, easier said than done I know.

A friend who is due in a couple of weeks told me she wished she'd enjoyed the first three months more as its quite exciting having such a special secret between you and OH and it's so easy to let the worry take over. I'm trying to take her advice but it's definitely not the easiest thing to do!

Also, I'd love free swimming but no sign in Essex :(

Squirrel what tablets do you have? I have cyclizine & I've researched it & the tablets are safe & been used for years. In the US & Canada they give women tablets all the time to help with sickness for some reason drs can be funny about it here but from what I've read getting dehydrated can be dangerous so you should take them if you aren't well.

It's something beginning with M, can't remember the long name but definitely different to yours. Feeling better today and back in work so hopefully was just a bad day. I'm still just eating toast and salty crackers though! Can't face anything else just yet!

I'm so worried about my job at the moment, I think circumstances may dictate that I have to reveal my pg early! They are starting to put people at risk, I've not heard that my job will be one if them I'm worried.
    A. I'm worried that ill lose my job before ive announced it or B: I'm worried that once they know I'm pg, they'll put my job at risk anyway.
Although I kind of feel that ill have slightly more protection by saying I'm pregnant so they don't discriminate!

Stress is not helping me right now!!!

Ah I'm just getting anxious about everything pg related, my scan feels so far away.

    Free swimming would be awesome!

Take it easy Becca, so difficult not to worry though. It seems like we worry about getting pregnant, worry about bring pregnant and then worry about the baby once its here. I wish it was easier to relax :)

That's worrying news (there's that word again!) about your job squ1rrel. Never easy with knowing your job might be at risk, let alone with a family to support. Keeping my fingers crossed it turns out well for you

Laura - I would love to relax more, however it only works for 10 mins max then the worry creeps back in. Going to keep what your friend said though in mind, hopefully that will chill me out abit

AFM, my back is sooo much better today and think I realised its my shoes! They definetely need replacing and after not wearing them yesterday at all, woke up feeling so much better. Good excuse for shoe shopping too :D

    Hi ladies

I'm not pg yet but we want to get a move on conceiving #2 - I wondered if any of you could advise whether this was a good price, considering the amount of sticks and their expiry date?

    Thanks so much in advance.

I'm with you there Becca! After being told for so long that we'd never conceive naturally, I am so worried that this is all too good to be true. I dont want to think like that but its hard to relax!!!!

I am currently wearing sea bands!!! I dont think they are working - I've probably got them on wrong!!!

Had another trip to the early pregnancy unit this morning as I started bleeding again last night. Turns out I have a collection of blood near the foetus. It may reabsorb or it may bleed out but there is a risk of m/c.
Baby looks okay on the scan-little wriggler. Had my dates adjusted yet again so am now 11+2.
My due date is now 25th Feb and new scan date for 22nd August.
Quite anxious, off sick from work again as they have said to rest and theres no chance of that at work.
    April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£150
  • Fingers and toes crossed for you smartcat. Rest up as much as possible Xx
