So lovely to see your scans Birdie and TL
I also wanted to see Long Lost Families and was a bit p/ssed off that it was cancelled so that 10 seconds of news could be drawn out over an hour. Don't get me wrong, it was lovely to hear the news but after hearing the sex, weight, time of birth and that they were both well, there was nothing else to tell.
I drank loads of water yesterday and felt better, then immediately started worrying that my symptoms had eased. Feeling sick again so all okPlus I put a washing on then had to go and lie down on the couch. Had head rushes and felt like I'd run 10 miles in 5 mins lol!

Birdie - funnily enough me and OH were saying the same last night. We had been hoping it was a girl because it would signify a definite step forward in gender equality (rather than just a theoretical improvement).
TTC - hope the bleeding has stopped for you now.Mortgage when started: £330,995

Good morning ladies,
Had a great start to the stuck in traffic on the m1, so was late into work.
On the plus side, doctors appointment tonight. No sure what she'll need from me. Prob do a test to confirm and then refer me to the midwife team.
Need to ask her about my heyfever too. My eyes has been soooooooo bad since ive stopped taking my antihistamines. Fingers crossed theres something I can have!
Had a few queasy moments, and what feels like my uterus stretching but nothing much else yet. My mum was sick all the way through with my brother, even on the day he arrived! Eeeek!
Happy for Kate and will, but now just hoping they don't go for any of the names we like! Irrational I know!

Sijou I asked my dr about hay fever & she said eye drops are fine, don't take tablets, but you can use a nasal spray but it needs to be the beconase one which is good as that's what I had.0

Lovely scan photos ladies! I'm glad everything went well. I've got mine tomorrow, eeek! I took another test last night as my symptoms have almost gone, I am so worried about the scan tomorrow
It was positive straight away but I'm still scared!
I was waiting for long lost families too last night, I wonder if they'll show it on catch up? Don't get me wrong, I was happy everything was ok for them but I don't think it warranted hours and hours of drivel.
It's raining here, we had storms this morning too which seems to have broken the heat a bit. Much more comfortable temperatures at last!0 -
TL that's an amazing scan! Xx0

Good luck telling your boss Becca!
I too was overly happy that The baby arrived yesterday. Shouted downstairs to my OH 'its a boy!!' But he was less than fussed!
Had the most awful dream/nightmare last night. So vivid. I had gone for scan and they said the baby had stopped growing a week previous. The Drs and nurses were horrible and I was howling and they just kept saying 'its not a big deal'. I know it's just a dream but I'm feeling really shaken & anxious. Big cup of tea and my good book (Victoria Hislop's The Island) will hopefully refocus my mind. Ellllllllgggh!
I STILL have no symptoms other than sore breasts & tiredness. Said this at my booking in appointment & asked for a blood test to confirm I truly am pregnant but midwife seemed a bit bemused & assured me that home tests are so accurate & that plenty people have no symptoms. 2 weeks today until scan-this has been the longest summer holidays ever!!
Enjoy the thunder storms everyone! My cat is petrified all cuddles up to me in bed- cute!
