Congratulations to Birdie and TeamLowe, glad the scans went well.
TTC - glad it's stopped, fingers crossed for you.
Starting to get quite anxious about my appointment on Wednesday, have convinced myself it does include a scan which would be reassuring (or not) but then I stress about the fact that I'm certain I'm two weeks further behind than they think so it might be too early for it still.
Then there's the fact that I still haven't told anyone at work that I'm not going to be around for any of the morning...
Why do we tie ourselves in knots over these things!
We told my immediate family over the weekend as we were seeing them in person which doesn't happen very often - cue lots of lectures from my Mum about things I shouldn't do etc, could be a long pregnancy at this rate!
My sister sent me home with a heart monitor - anyone used one? How soon should be you able to hear a heartbeat yourself? Going to have to do some research online tonight I think!0 -
TL & Birdie I'm so pleased for you both, you deserve some good news! Such a relief to read.
It's funny just last night I was wondering is it just me who found the ultra sound thing kinda painful! I wasn't sure if it was before the baby was too small so they prodded me more but it appears not! Luckily at my hospital they say not to come with a full bladder!
Ttc I hope things will be ok & it's just implantation bleeding xx0 -
Birdie that's pretty funny that the baby was just that tiny bit too small and was exactly as you'd told them - they'd save some money if they listened to us lol!0

Teamlowe - excellent news about your scan - re: your signiture - think it needs to be 2014.
I had to re read it twice. Hope you got some lovely pictures.
ttc39 - I have been bleeding on and of. At 6 weeks a bigger one so I went to the EPU. All was fine but I seem to still spot now and then but I do have a bleed in my uterus that is old and was told the blood will disperse. It still really frightens me though.
Congrats Birdie -lovely picture.
Hope everyone else has had a good day I have to go to Bristol tomorrow 2.5 hour drive each way for work so I am going to be tired!!

Is anyone else getting head rushes pretty much anytime they stand up? I never had this before so I'm wondering if the heat is contributing. Mind you last time I found out on holiday & it was just as hot there!0

Samtoby d' oh! I'll blame that one on baby brain
Claire I get it but not anemic (which they'll test you for), I figure it's low blood pressure as obviously I'm not the priority for it any more lolLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6
