Well spoke too soon about being pain free went shopping with DD to Home Bargains and Aldi and the drive is 40 mins each way by the time I got home I was nearly in tears with the pain still hurts bad now down the front on the right and all in my hip joint. Guess I over did OH wants me to have food delivered now to stop me lift and pushinh heavy trollies. I'm glad I've got the consultant for another scan on Monday I'm just hoping the pain in the front is my hip and nothing wrong with bean.

On the positive OH has offered to cook dinner to let me rest yummy risotto coming soon

Not had chance to read back yet, wanted to post this mini rant if its ok with you?
My trip to London has gone completely wrong. Started off well yesterday, though DH was totally hungover as the night before he drank one too many. Getting off the plane at Heathrow I searched for our rucksack with our over night gear in. Wasn't in the overhead locker - hubby had left it in costa coffee in Manchester. :mad::mad:
Nothing we could really do - then I remember I put the car keys in the rucksack instead of my handbag, now I started to panic - like you do. a few phone calls to lost and found etc and nothing had been handed in so I said I will check tomorrow when we return and carried on the day as everything else can be replaced easy (clothes, toothbrush etc). Went down to the London eye where hubby had his rib ride and I just had to watch, found a nice shady bit watching street performers. Headed back to hotel for shower before going out to see if we can get any tickets for a show / or enjoy the atmosphere around Leicester square - oooh no, DH decided he did not want to see a show or go into the centre and just wanted to go to the pub next door to the hotel :mad::mad: gggrrrrrrrr, already in a bad mood with him so I just agreed for argument sake. Back in our room by 8pm, had to then watch boring star trek and stargate? so I just went to sleep.

Feel so down about it all, maybe its my hormones. Got back to Manchester to day and lost and found didn't have my bag, they told me to ring security, they didn't have my bag who then told me to ring the information desk?? (bit worried about this as normally if a bag is left unattended security would take it away??) Anyway info desk gave me the number for costa coffee and the lovely manager there advise they had my bag and would bring it too me....thank goodness as my car and house keys were in there - phew.

Just a really really rubbish weekend, need to let of steam so here I am! hope everyone is well and I will read back later once Ive had my dinner, sorry for the long moan.

Glad everything is ok Lara what a stressful day.

Mrs bunny I think I would have bopped my DH on the head if he had behaved like that! Hope you have a better day tomorrow. I'd be down too no point in doing a trip if you don't make the most of it. Glad you got your bag back though!

Mrs Bunny - you flew to London in order to watch your OH go on a boat ride that you couldn't go on, sit in a pub when you can't drink, and then watch telly!!!!! I would be f****ed off! Your OH should be ashamed, what exactly did he do for you or compromise on during this trip? All that money and effort just to have a rubbish time, I'd be fuming. You should book to come back here ASAP with a friend in order to do it right. You'd have loved the atmosphere of Leicester Square, walking through China Town, experiencing Covent Garden in the afternoon, visiting a museum or seeing a show. Does your OH even realise he's been out of order?

mrsbunny - that sounds a nightmare! You had every right to feel p/ssed off with your hubby. I agree with Kynthia, get a girlie weekend booked and leave him at home.

AFM - the bloating is getting beyond a joke! I look about 6 months !! :eek: it's supposedly a good sign cos it means progesterone is high but I need to get it to calm down a bit. Will try to drink even more water and see if that helps. I feel like that girl in Charlie and the chocolate factory who blew up so much they had to roll her away :rotfl:

FaithHope I'm exactly the same have been since 4 weeks before it was ok in the morning got worse throughout the day now its all day and getting difficult to hide at work if i wore anything fitted i would look about 5/6 months pg. Its really annoying isn't it OH doesn't why it upsets as I'm meant to be happy about everything to do with being pg lol!

I'm another one who's getting bloated! I just take every sign as it comes and appreciate every little thing.. Even the nausea!!! Lol

Violet Beauregard! That's the perfect way to described it! My stomach isn't sticking out yet but I'm just feeling really windy, I think before I started to get a noticeable bump full of air at about 7 weeks that tended to deflate at night!

ive calmed down now. The trip was actually free, something I won through work (work in travel) so not much expense wasted. We did book the rib ride before I knew I was pregnant and to be fair, he did say lets do something else together but I wasn't going to waste the whole £100 it cost.

I am planning another trip with my mum and sis, just trying to work out dates but I think it may be after the baby is born now as we normally go down at Christmas time - not sure if I want to do that at 7 months pregnant? There are a couple of musical tours coming to Manchester and Liverpool that I want to see so I am going to have a look at tickets for them.

DH did apologise last night and as I had two huge blisters on my feet he went out and got some blister plasters (never heard of them before) and this morning, like magic, I can actually walk rather than tip toeing :rotfl:

Thanks for all your comments, Im calm now and happy again - being stress is no good for our little bean
