Less than 12 weeks pregnant club! Part 3

I am starting to wonder whether my belly is bloat or baby. Hmmmmm.

I have had a nice relaxing weekend and am looking forward to some nice time with OH and DS today. We have just had a Toby Calvary breakfast which is a nice set up for the day. All you can eat and all that.

Thought my sicky taste in my mouth was going but I now seem to be having a lot of saliva and this makes me feel even more sick. But enough to get on with my day and just have to breathe deeply occasionally!

Becca- can't wait to see some pictures. Sounds lovely!

MrsBunny - I would have been going mental but good that you are feeling a little better now.

AFM I had a big chunk of green mucus this morning with some browny pink traces (sorry if TMI), and I am still a bit period crampy. The nurse said that some ladies have spotting around the time their periods are due, which would be in 4 days' time. Hope that little heartbeat is still ticking away in there.

Pleased you feel better now MrsBunny and glad your DH apologised. I think it's hard for men, particularly with baby #1, to adjust in the early days and realise that trips to the pub etc aren't as exciting for us anymore. It's way worse for you though that it was during a trip away which should have been a lovely time for both of you Xx

AFM, I had to work with my trousers undone last night. Thankfully I wear a chef's apron so you couldn't tell but I was worried they might fall down! Can't remember ever needing maternity trousers at 8 weeks before!!

Can I join all you lovelies? We've had three positive pregnancy tests now so I think it's about to start sinking in we are expecting. Bf has CP so will be calling the dr first thing on Monday to make an appointment to get everything confirmed and the process started - no doubt they will want to keep an eye of me for a bit :-)

I know it's still very early days but I am planning on getting a bump to baby journal (would usually make one but I've seen some super adorable ones) to keep a little diary of it all right through...bf is extremely excited and thinks I'm not. I am I'm just very aware that we need to be very by the book on it all and get stuff sorted dr wise asap. I'M also bricking it about telling my dad! Everyone else will be ecstatic but dad is very traditionally so will be disappointed we're not married first but I'm sure he will then come round!

Anyway I will stop babbling!
