Birdie if you think fancying Andy Murray is hormone induced craziness, I probably shouldn't tell you about my recent love of Micky Flanagan :rotfl:
Haven't noticed my hair as i'm ridiculously hairy anyway, i'm just glad there's no new whiskers! lol nails are definitely better though
Hope the anti-depressants help your OH Jox.
HungryKitty yay for positivity and double yay for moving. i'm so fustrated with my house buying, no one's said they want to be in by such a date so it's all very open ended and it's like, if we get the searches back we could exchange next week, or it could be October, i've no idea! going round to measure up tonight, so that'll be nicewe only viewed it once anyway as there was a rival bid so it'll be good to look in detail
Nearly had a disaster at work today -realised at 7:30 whilst browsing morrisons that i was clerking a meeting at 08:00 so had to high tail it into work! I'm guna blame pregnany brain and none of you can stop me.
Have orange juice, orange juice is niiiiice.
Still feeling nervous about lessening symptoms even though it's illogical as i do still feel nauseous in the mornings and need to drink constantly. boobs aren't as sore but that couldn't possibly be linked to the fact that i'm in granny looking maternity bras lolLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Oh dear TL, Mickey Flanigan?! They do say funny men are attractive....
Now that you mention it my nails are loads better too! :T I have acryllic nails done as mine are sooo weak and flaky and I'm a picker so that's a recipe for disaster!I'm due to get my nails redone tonight and some of the acryllics have popped off and normally the nail underneath would snap and flake away within minutes of being free but they're looking and feeling pretty good!
Just having a gel polish put on top of my natural nails tonight as they're long enough to do so for the first time! :T
Exciting stuff about the house purchases HungryKitty and TL!Hope you enjoy getting the nurseries sorted (by which I mean pointing out what you want and making your OHs do all the work!)

Morning,
Just had my 1st drs appointment and have to decide on our preferred hospital before I can be referred to midwife.
Found out that we aren't in the catchment area for the hospital we were hoping for. Just means our baby wont be born in London per se but one of the surrounding counties. (we're on the border of 3!)
We need to work out if we care about having a London born baby that much to kick up a fuss. I guess one of the local options would be much more convenient for the midwife appts. Will see what OH says this evening.
Dr talked a lot about home births. Has anyone put much thought into this option? Haven't even considered it. Will have a look on the other threads.
So, Dr put me at 6+3 and a EDD of 4th March 2014. (which is a Tuesday - dont know why I thought to look)
Hope the cooler temperatures are making your day that bit easier.

Hey Maybe It's Because
As a Londoner myself, I have only ever read negative assessments of London maternity services overall. If I were in your shoes I think I'd jump at the chance to give birth elsewhere.
I'd love to have a homebirth but a bit scared to do it first time.:A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0 -

I hope so! We are going to Spain to my parents when I'm 9+2 and I'm dreading the travel day, I have to work for 4 hours then OH is picking me up, drive to Gatwick then fly to Spain and then about 45 mins drive the other end - all with an over excited DD who has ADHD (she does have it fairly mild but still it can be challenging normally without over tiredness & mood swings)0

With any luck you'll be feeling less tired by then Magpie. Even if you're not, you've got a holiday at the end of it so it's not that bad!

I haven't read too many reviews tbh.
We're not "real" Londonersso there's this romantic notion of us having a London baby to go with our London house, London jobs and London lifestyle. Think we need to get a grip haha.
