Tomorrow... And I'm terrified ill get there & there'll be nothing there :S

Well if it helps reassure you I had a scan at 6+1 with one of mine and they could only see a sac and yolk sac and fetal pole.. we were given another appointment a week later and there was a baby and heartbeat etc so at 6 weeks there is a possibility they won't see much.

This one is 3 in 4 weeks :D

Good luck for tomorrow becca, hope everything is as it should be

Blondy I'd consider telling them- it may be there's another department who only need someone for a few months so could work out well all round x

Becca - Good luck with your scan. I am sure that you will come away with a big smile on your face;)

Blondy - Good Luck with the job.

Kynthia - I haven't had any symptoms to speak of except tiredness and I am somwhere between 10 & 11 weeks.

Cherrybomb - I had a 3rd scan today. the first scan my bean measured very small for my dates and the second scan the bean measured larger than my own dates and the third scan they put my date back again. I think it shows how inaccurate the early scans are for dates. I hope the time goes quickly for you till your next one.

afm. Well ladies you were all right. My sudden appointment with the consultant was very routine. I have another scan (3rd) which gave me another different date, met my consultant who told me I was going to be carefully monitored because of fertility treatment and family history of diabetes. She has set up glucose tolerance test at 28 weeks and lots of scans at various different points in my pregnancy. To be honest I feel quite spoiled:p

    Stay cool:cool:

You have no idea how much this has made me smile. It's the positive stories like this I need to be reading. Not the horror stories Google seems to be churning out for me :o I will (try!) avoid random googling from today onwards.

Glad your appointment went well :)

glad it's good news for you and you're being well looked after. three scans already, lucky girl! lol i've been told i'll have extra growth scans cos of the size of me so i shan't complain.

had a dream last night that i'd had the baby two weeks before my colleague who's due in october and everyone kept saying it was a girl but it was a boy. woke up worried that the first part meant the baby wouldn't make it but then decided that was just silly, it's a dream plus the one that followed it i kissed another colleague and then spoke fluent german. my brain is crazy right now.

plotting revenge against my husband - he deliberately and maliciously woke up me last night by tapping on my nose, then he laughed when i got annoyed and said he did it cos it was funny to see my face. he now denies it completely and says he shouldn't be punished for something he can't remember but punishment will come oooh yes lol x

What's up with your size TL?!

Great to hear things are going well Firefly, lovely to know you're being spoiled! I'm 'low risk' so only get 2 scans, I'm not impressed! :p

Got my fingers crossed for you today Becca! :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Becca - Good Luck! Looking forward to hearing about it later.

Team Lowe - Are you sure that wasn't just a third vivid dream?!

AFM - am working from home today so have decided that I will be phoning for an appointment, I'm supposed to wait until I'm more than 7 weeks, which if my own dates are perfect is not until tomorrow but given that I've never been regular I'm thinking I can get away with calling today when I'm sat at home and don't have to try and find somewhere suitable to make a 10 minute very private phonecall!
