    So pleased for Lily :)

I had bleeding at 5 weeks that the sonographer thought was from a cyst. I think it can sometimes be a sign you need to slow down and rest. There's so much going on in your body during pregnancy it's difficult not to overdo things.

Glad spotting has stopped Vic although I do think you should put your feet up!

Just less than 2 weeks until my scan. I keep getting random stretching feelings behind my belly button at night, random aches/ pains and still feeling sick.

Glad to read your news lilymay, phew!
I can't remember who said that but the first GP appointment is indeed a waste of time. Anywho, booking in appointment with the midwife booked for 22nd May, I'll be 9 weeks along by then.
On the symptoms front, no nausea or sickness but my boobs are killing me! And I'm sooooo tired...

Abis - I know exactly what your on about with the stretching thing. Sometimes feels like I've done an abs class and they feel really tight.

I have now had to leave the top button of my work trousers open as they are too tight to do up :( so feeling a little fat at the min no proper bump. Can't wait till I get one so I can stop feeling like I ate too much lol

Well, a picture says a thousand words, so here goes :j:D

    r0saox.jpg

It all went well. We could see 2 legs, knees, feet, 2 arms, 2 hands, a lovely belly, kidneys, beautiful profile of the head. Baby stayed still and co-operated for all the measurements. And we saw its little heartbeat beating so lovely and strong. No signs of any extra tissue - the placenta all looked normal.

Am dated 1 day ahead, so 12+1 now, due 19/11/13.

I cried all the way through and mostly since then, but happy tears this time.

I feel like our angel was looking down on us and keeping us all safe, as it was a year tomorrow when we found out the bad news about the mmc and molar pregnancy. :A

Thanks bb & lily :D We got 3 pics so that noone had to fight over who could carry it round with them. DD is dying to tell her friends at school.

Lol about a girl - I don't think you can tell just yet! We did have a preference last year of a girl, but right now I really couldn't give a monkeys as long as its healthy. :o DD has a brother with her dad, and 4 boy cousins, so she is still holding out for a girl :rotfl:
