I got my appointment letters for both my booking in appointment and scan at the same time. Different areas work in different ways though. Can you chase it up with your doctors/midwife?

I've been very MSE and have collected a travel cot off freecycle today :money:

I have my scan on Monday, I'm about 12 weeks pregnant

Oh I didnt get a letter for my booking in, just made an appointment at doctors surgery to see midwife. There she did all the forms etc then said I would get scan letter in post. I will be 11 weeks on monday so if I havent heard anything by then im going to chase it up as I need to sort time off work out.
Think I knew about 3 weeks before with DS scan.

Got told my scan date on Wednesday and I'm 10wks tomorrow .... not sure if I found out so quick asdI'd already been seen at epac twice

Argh I'm so bored with needing the loo in the night and not being able to get to sleep after. I wouldn't mind but I can't stop yawning!

I've been trying for 3 hours now and my alarm goes off in 12mins to get ready for DD's swimming class. Tried reading, counting sheep - I'm exhausted! This happens 4 or 5 times a week. Yaaawwwwwwnnn. X

I don't sleep much between 1am and 4am can often get back to sleep for a couple of hours but not today :-(

Is anybody planning to go to aquanatal?
I hate swimming but feel i need to be fit

I seem to wake regularly at 3:39am and not be able to get back to sleep until at least 7am. Just dozed for 10mins and am now running late for swimming and have no energy - great. Roll on the second trimester! X
