OP - I am amazed this thread has got so long and some of the stuff said on here is slightly outrageous, but I do think the most outragous of all, is that you call people on here bitter, but you yourself put in a complaint in to a shop, because YOU forgot you needed a £1 coin. That is your oversight, not theirs...

You will learn to be far more resourceful when you have your baby, and stop letting small problems stop you in your tracks and look for solutions to lifes little problems

One thing I've learned from my time on this site is most people will give you an honest opinion (one that your friends will be thinking, but are too nice to say to your face..) but if you don't want to hear it, don't ask it..
