IHateDida, here's one especially for your LO, who seems to have similar taste in music to my little lady: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qC_hF31z130 It's my LO's current favourite :)

ETA: But beware, you *will* end up singing it for the rest of the day.

Hope you're feeling better today x

Thanks Nutella! I will watch it with LO once she is better - although I think she feels better than I do as she wants to play! I just want to curl up into a little ball and hibernate!

In fact we were watching Baby Vuvu when she first decided to vomit - all over my keyboard, the floor, herself - I put her on the floor covered in vom whilst I prepared a bath......and she just smiled at me! (so cute if she hadn't been covered in vomit at the time!).

Benicetomyself, it was a wet nappy stained green, no poo.

I had one like this, it just seemed to be a one off, didn't know whether something I'd eaten didn't suit, or perhaps it was just a last bit of me meconium that hadn't come out straight away? My HV said BF babies poo is very watery because there's hardly any waste.
  • Sorry not replied re my snow suit question, been madness.

But thank you for the replies. Have just used a £25 M/S voucher we got for her and have ordered a snow suit and some booties for her.

Been a busy few days. We went to our 1st baby play group yesterday. Was really good, ran from 9:30 - 11 and you just turn up when you want, they had mats out and loads of different toys set up and you were left to get on with it, no one stayed in the room to like over look it etc which I thought they would as didn't know what to expect. Then from 11 -12 a lady came in and set up some food for anyone who wanted to start/try weaning, but those like me with babies weren't kicked out or anything like that so I actually stayed until 12pm.

It was my 1st time going anywhere on my own with her as my hubby has been using my car to get to work as his needs fixing. I have been allowed to drive for the last 2 weeks but this was the 1st time I felt ready to get out and meet other mums.

I took a picture of her before we set off yesterday and I am biased, i think she looked super cute.

Thank you. He has been quite mucousy and was throwing up green phlegm for a few days after he was born (now 6 days old). I will see if it happens again and ask the health visitor who is popping in later today.

  • Scarlett is gorgeous, bless her.

Taking LO to the drs on Monday after a month of cold, it's really affecting her breathing at night and the past week she's starting coughing a bit too. Poor mite is covered in snot most of the time.

We can't wait till Christmas here this year! She's going to be so spoilt and having a veggie Christmas dinner part-BLW, part-puree :D She loves the lights in B&Q etc so can't wait till later when the tree will be up at my parents so she can see. OH is a grump who won't put ours up for ages yet!

I'm still trying to figure out how we're going to stop LO from pulling the decorations off the tree and/or trying to eat them! :o

Just back from our 'other language' playgroup - LO made her first ever xmas card :D And tomorrow marks the start of the xmas pyjamas season in the Nutella household! :j

Just to clarify - I meant I had one like this as in I changed one like this! The me before meconium was a typo. Just realised how much this looks like I'm talking about my own bowel movements, especially with the typo!

Put my tree up today instead of going to the cinema :( in-laws have the cold so didn't wantto risk Eilis with them. Wish they'd told me earlier tho cause I was really looking forward to it :(

Haha I hadn't cottoned on! I'd worry if you had green poo! We've had a dirty brown nappy since so all good :)

We (and my parents for my LO and 15-month old niece) have gone with putting it on a table!
