Am just lurking from the pregnancy thread and wanted to say a big thank you for this :D I've been dithering about ordering any outerwear as we're team yellow and I didn't want a white or cream coat/snowsuit/pramsuit. I've ordered one of these in yellow now :D so baby will match my buggy and car now :j can you tell yellow is my favourite colour?! :rotfl:

I was tempted by yellow too so LO looks like a star! fingers crossed that baby comes soon.

Glad you had a good doctor tiny. I ordered a reindeer jumper and tshirt plus tan trousers from Tesco - I'd been wanting them a while - thanks.

oh dear Claree, Nutella and Gilly your birthdays shouldn't be forgotten. My birthday is now 3 days before LO so I think it will be less special.

I've just bought a tuppence and crumble star wrap because LO cries so much when I put his coat on - I'll let you know how he gets on with it when it comes in the post. There's no putting legs and arms in sleeves etc. I got the footmuff to go with my pushchair (babyjogger city mini gt) but worry that he's still cold in it in the evenings and during buggymovers.

Awww that is so unbelievably cute! Think I will have to invest for LO, it's not so much that she doesn't like her snowsuit, but she won't straighten her legs so when I put it on she wriggles and ends up with her legs scrunched up in the body area, which then makes it really difficult if I'm putting her in the baby carrier as I can't find her legs!!
  • Hello Vic, lovely to see you over here. Hope the birth went well and you're enjoying cuddles with Thomas. X

Hey BabaMoose! How are you getting on with baby Jack? Hope all is good. Can't believe little dude is 26 days old - feels like I've cuddled him for months yet it also feels like yesterday that we were waiting for our inductions! Xx

Hehe hubby thinks this is awfully cruel.....these will be going out on Xmas cards to our family. 132AECC9-EAE5-426C-97CF-1B4BE40F270C_zps2ptmyky6.jpg

    How cute angel mommy...that's adorable!

My birth went really well. 0 to 9cm dialated at home in two hours. 9 hour labour in total. Just a cut and a tear to deal with but all good thank you. Just getting to grips with breast feeding. We had a shaky start but are getting there now.

    How are you?

    Adorable angelmommy!
  • Thank you all. All the family will love a little picture of him - win win!

Vic - ooh we love a good birth. 9hrs is not too bad, is Thomas your first? Hope you heal very quickly. I think it took my insides a good 2wks to heal from the bruising as Joshua was back to back but I'm ok now - I just felt a bit frustrated that I couldn't walk as much as I could after the girls. We're doing ok - ebf much better than I had imagined once I got over the first couple weeks. Joshua will cluster feed all evening then wake around 3:30 and again at 7ish, so not too bad. Does Thomas have any kind of pattern as yet? Joshua has managed to pee on me 5 times - each time I'm shocked lol. I'm so not used to boys! I do love the bones of him though and he has a special big smile he gives mommy. :j xx

Wow! Lovely pic AM! I have bought LO a santa outfit too - unethical or not...she will be wearing it!

Still up....both me and LO have gone down with sickness bug - I haven't been sick (apart from alcohol on a couple of occasions!) for about 20 odd years - I never seem to catch sickness bugs - I also have a bit of a phobia of it. BUT now I have it :-( and so does LO - OH (who isn't suffering yet....but LO vomited on him earlier so no doubt he will get it too!) has just taken her to an out of hours doctors appointment as she won't take any fluids :-(

Feeling very green at the moment...but its LO I am worried about :-(

I now have time to read back a bit....if I don't have to reach for the bucket again!
