  • I always wipe my finger after creaming on the inside front of the nappy.

Hope everyone is well? I bought A a Christmas jumper yesterday :j if anyone has seen it, its from Next and its navy blue with santa on the front and a pom pom for his nose and hat!!

Photo day at nursery Tuesday so I am hoping he stays bump free for a few days, we have only just got rid of a bruise on his cheek from falling over!!

Have a good Saturdah all x

Re bleeding nipples, I agree with all the other ladies But get yourself to a breastfeeding group to get latch checked. Either the midwife or HV will be able to advise.

    Morning :)

    Hope everyone is well.

LO's new wellies just arrived - she loves them! As do I. And OH. Would definitely recommend :D

On our way to our 'other language' playgroup - it's lovely and sunny here today :)

Have a good day all x

ETA: Sunshine, yay for xmas jumper! Your comment about Sainsbury's and kidney beans made me laugh - that's exactly the kind of thing I would do!

Ooh... I wanted to make tuna croquettes for LO's lunch today so needed to go to the shops for potatoes. I also wanted to get some more socks for her as thinking if she wears two pairs of socks may keep her toes warm as it gets colder. She just pulls shoes off (any suggestions?) But sock ons keep her socks on.

Anyway, OH's car took us to Sainsbury's. OOPS!!! Got little miss some socks, a T-shirt, jumper, jeans leggings and an outfit for Christmas day - all very necessary of course :o

Got back and after feeling rather low about how weaning is going (I know, its only the first week) she ate a strawberry, a tuna croquette, two cucumber wedges and two tomato wedges :j Such a pleased mommy here.

Hi saffa I found in the early days making specific things just for bubba was so hit and miss that it really gets you down when they don't eat much or any  it really is less stressful to make meals that everyone can eat/enjoy that way even if LO isn't interested, everyone else gets fed and you don't have to do 2 diff meals. It is the beauty of BLW xx

Saf, I'd recommend Mocc Ons. They stay on their feet, are non-slip and warm. And wash well. You can get own brand ones in places like Mothercare, but I've never tried them so don't know how they compare.
