    Uh-oh indeed! I bought the discovery house.....:D  :o

Up until Christmas I am NOT going to look on Amazon for any more toys.....nor Boden for cute baby clothes (no matter how many emails they send me about their sales!)......nor Mamas and Papas even if they send me a free "giftcard"....! :rotfl:
  • Is it mean that I'm glad it started chucking it down so the trick or treaters would p off?

There's been a mix up at work so don't have to go back now till Monday yiiippppeeeee! I had a pap sleep last night so really didn't want to get up at 5 tomorrow morning.

How is everyone else's Halloween? :)

  • Hi all

Well we have started LO on gaviscon. She's still resistant to napping or being laid down but was instantly constipated! I will ring the doctor tomorrow but am not sure if it's worth persisting with the gaviscon (and Gilly you're right it is a mare to administer when bf)!

We were the same on gaviscon, tbh I have heard very few good stories about it, I know some of the ladies on here had success with it, but for me I've heard next to none IRL. Go back to the GP's there are other options :o

A has been a terror all day... And is refusing to go to bed tonight which means instead of spending time with Oh, I'm upstairs, in the dark trying to get her down. Oh yes, and I have my tablet... And amazon ;)

Just ordered wellies for LO - the nursery asked for them, so it was a completely necessary purchase :D Got the very hungry caterpillar ones - she loves the book, so I'm hoping she'll like them!

Oh no Nutella. I NEED those wellies for A, to match her nursery... Not that she can walk, nor do I have any idea what size she'd take. :o

:rotfl: I'm beginning to think that it might be best if I stop telling you lot about any shopping that I do - there's a worrying trend starting to emerge! :p

    Hi everyone!

I'm a newbie to this board with my almost two week old. Hoping to pick up some mummy tips and bargains along the way!

Feeling incredibly overwhelmed with motherhood at the moment, hubby went back to work after 7 days and I've been muddling through as LO's sleeping patterns have changed from constant during the day to barely sleeping and a lot more screaming! She also doesn't wake to feed in the night so I have to wake her up for a feed after 5 hours, not complaining but not sure it's normal?! Any tips on how to get through this first bit much appreciated! X
