I hope it does fly. I've not spent any time away from him really. Three hours once when OH took him to his mother's. I sat waiting for them to come back for the last hour. It was horrific.
I don't think I've seen Sammie about, though I have to zoom on my phone and don't always know who's posting lol!0 -
Aw you guys, thanks for the kind words. I think I was stressing as Mum and Dad coming to visit this evening, so my usual sit down time didn't happen as I had to clean etc and was just soooo tired. We had a nap together after I posted and that hour made all the difference (I think Daddy had a word with him as he's been good today). I've started just putting him on a blanket on the floor if I needed to get stuff done today, rather than his play mat as that seems to just work him up, gets over excited and then frustrated that he can't fit every part of it in his mouth. DH has done hoovering for me when he got in this evening and the dusting is mostly done (Mum's too kind to comment and if it bothers her she can do the rest herself, or have T whilst I do it).
I feel like I'm enjoying my baby now, it's scary saying it's hard sometimes though, people (not you guys, you're all helpful) always jump in with stuff.... mostly that I shouldn't still be exclusively breast feeding as that's why I'm tired, no one else can help..... yes they can feeding is only a small part of what T needs... hmph.
Aaaaanyway, thanks. You're all so supportive.
Interesting reading about bowls, plates, spoons etc. My is sent me BLW book today so I'll be prepared for it when T is 6 months (only just turned 4 months).
BTW back to spider thread, I've just scratched my back 5 mins ago as it felt a little itchy to find spider crawling across it!.... eeeew!
