Hi,

Still here, still plodding along, one day at a time. Still chewing, but not giving myself jaw ache anymore so I can't be chewing as much?

Hope everyone is having a smoke free day.

Its the nicotine gum, finding it quite good at moments when I would normally smoke when the OH??? (maybe to be completly ex OH rather than try and sort it out OH) calls me and winds me up about going to work when I should be stay home mum, how I don't know think he lives on another planet sometimes. (sorry rant over)

Chances are, she will being chased by my 5 year old son who I dreamt the other night had come home from school on a moped????

Far too strange but could make for a very very odd dream, especially the five year old on the moped. :rotfl::rotfl:

Being the incredible hulk would have its advantages, work wouldn't be quite as dull as it is at the mo..... but it wouldn't be very MSE on the clothes front:rotfl:

Havent had a chance to get on last couple of days, but sounds like everyone is doing fab! :T

I am currently at 3d and 19 hours with no ciggies, and am actually feeling 'normal' for the first time since quitting - no headaches or bad cravings today, so that has made life much easier (poor kids had started to wonder what had happened to mum lol!)

Anyways, keep it up everyone, will check back in with you all in the next day or two

Fast approaching that one year mark; i can't believe that the last year has gone by so fast!

Frequent reference to this thread has been a great encouragement over that time; i hope it helps everyone else in the same way....keep going all and good luck!
