Hi,
Still here, still plodding along, one day at a time. Still chewing, but not giving myself jaw ache anymore so I can't be chewing as much?
Hope everyone is having a smoke free day.0 -
I am still on my patches but I could probaly drop them now. However, I did that before so I think I will keep going for a few more weeks
Hope everyone had a smoke free evening and catch you all later

Far too strange but could make for a very very odd dream, especially the five year old on the moped. :rotfl::rotfl:
Being the incredible hulk would have its advantages, work wouldn't be quite as dull as it is at the mo..... but it wouldn't be very MSE on the clothes front:rotfl:0 -

I am currently at 3d and 19 hours with no ciggies, and am actually feeling 'normal' for the first time since quitting - no headaches or bad cravings today, so that has made life much easier (poor kids had started to wonder what had happened to mum lol!)
