How's it going? You off the booze and the fags now?

Still doing fine here! still chesty, but I have saved £29 cash, and 10h 35 minutes of my life
I have had the odd drag off my husbands roll ups, but he's not here today, and I've had no cravings. The odd drags seem to be helping me actually. I'm not half as stressed as I was when I was having nothing at all, and they are giving me enough of a boost to get through the day. Next step is to quit that totally (which shouldn't be a problem...If I can quit 20 a day for 3 or 4 drags of a roll up, I don't think there'll be much problem dropping the roll up lol)Proud to be dealing with my debts :T

Great going earwig! Congratulations on your success! Yours too MFD!
Keep pushing on Hawthorn, you're doing really well, but as soon as you can, wean yourself off of those snatched puffs and you'll be so pleased you did.
Thanks a lot Riz much appreciated. You're getting half way to your first week already, brilliant!
Good to see you marjem, so that's 4 days gone already, well done! I'm so pleased you're doing it for you! Keep it up. Welcome BungleGirl, ask your husband to have a chat at the Drs surgery, I'm sure they'll give him all the advice and help he needs. No matter what, keep strong with your quitting in spite of him..... you may well bring him around to thinking of quitting too some day! I hope so for your sake.
Have a really good day today! You CAN do it!
