Hallo!

21 and a half hours and still going well. I've eaten lots of tomatoes, but they're cheaper than ciggies LOL.

I definately feel chesty today. My chest feels like it's actually itching deep inside, if you know what I mean? This is gonna get better though. I look forward to not hacking in a morning when I wake up!

How's everyone else doing?

Lunchtime over and done.... didn't even think about smoking till I got back in the office doh!!!

Hawthorn youre doing great, that Itchy feeling is the hairs growing back, to keep the nasty stuff out, when you smoke you kill them and they only come back when you stop.

Hi everyone. OK another day on non smoking completed. Great news, did not smoke last night with my smoking buddy. He is off to the hyponotist (splling?) - it was great sitting there smelling his second hand smoke though

Today, big car jouney, left home at 06.00 and just come back ....and no smokes again. There were certainly a few times where I really fancied 1 though!!

Welcome aboard cheaps - we are all on our own little journeys towards being life long ex-smokers but its very nice to have someone to moan and whinge at on the way! Good luck, we all know how hard it is.
