do you know me? I have done this in the past. The shame.:o
Are you able to afford a trip to the dentist soon? They will clean your teeth at the check up. Hopefully you have an NHS dentist.
That Eucryl (sp) toothpaste is pretty good for removing the stains. It's the one in the little round tub and in powder form.0 -
Not due to see the dentist till september, but Im sure they will be better by then, know the toothpaste you are talking about will add it to the shopping list.
Lewki how did the 3.30 walk go?0 -
Hello, no 3.30 walk unfortunately. Its starting to look a bit grey outside as well. Hoepfully get 1 in when i get home tonight. I get to turn tables on 2 of my children this evening. They are giving up sucking their thumb and I am giving up smoking. I have never smoked around them but they are getting to the age of being sneaky and know that I have just nipped outside to the garden

My OH will be chuffed that I have got through the first day at work - so hopefully no scarey eyebrow stuff from her when I get home.
Not sure about teeth, I think they naturally get whiter? I always find apples are great for cleaning (try eating them, its difficult to get them on your toothbrush). Oh dear - I am starting to talk gibberish again.
Do you get weird dreams when sleeping with your patch on? I have in the past0 -
Really strange very vivid dreams, but they stopped after a few days, also couldn't wear them on my arm as got a funny pain. Nearly time to go home now, think managing a day a work is a major achievement, I normally get so bored I just need to do something.
Now I will be posting instead of smoking whenever I feel the need to.0 -
