I have also found getting out for a walk - away from shops - helps me create a barrier between the moment I feel the craving and rebuilding the determination to say no.
:T :T :T :T :T :T
Great tip, MF!! If you lose the internal battle, at least compromise and say you will go the long way to the shops - by the time you get there, the moment will have passed!!:dance:There's a real buzz about the neighbourhood :dance:0 -

Hopefully we will still be here. If I haven't got the sack for being continually logged into to MSE!! Its in their best interest though think of how much more work I will be able to do if Im not popping out all the time.
Got a difficult day tomorrow, going out to a show (for work) all day with someone who smokes, hopefully I will be able to get my MSE on the lap top, so shouldn't lapse, but why does it have to be nasty day 3!!!!!

I am out tomorrow with work as well. I have a long drive there and back but I refuse to smoke in my car. I will log on with my laptop and check up on you all lol. Rest of teh day to get through first, coffee is definately helping me. Perhaps that was why I could not get to sleep last night.
Cantwin, support act will be in place
Just started to rain lightly here. Hope it stays off so that I can go for a quick walk at lunchtime0 -

Apparently OJ is supposed to be could or anything with high vit C content, or just plain boring water (supposed to clean the nicotine out). Im on fruit tea or I would be climbing the walls with the amount of caffiine I would have had.
Feeling positive about 2day thats why I am thinking about 2moz already0 -

It's funny - until now between fags and coffee (a lot every day) I couldn't have told you what was affecting me - buzzwise if you like.
Now - lol - I got that narrowed down - it's coffee.
