Yeah I did.

Almost felt like I had trouble catching my breath. One of the main reasons I gave up. Thought I was the only one.

Hi all,

Thanks for the support, im still feeling poo.

Had a good day at work, got loads of course work done this week, underspent on shopping, hubbys is out for a few drinks so im watching my programmes (aka rubbish like peter and katie the next chapter) but i still feel poo.

im not sure if its the not smoking or just the time of year but im feeling all rubbish, lol

im seriously going to stop wyging and go back to the free bingo and see if i can get a win to cheer me up.

Well done to everyone else thou, sorry to bring the mood down.

Chin up sweetie, it will get better. I would actually kill for a cig right now; neighbour sat on doorstep puffing away & was tempted to ask for one but he might think I'm chatting him up, so thought of everyone here instead & that kicked my conscience into gear. Keep posting, Lula

Funny that, I've done it the other way round , can now happily leave bottle of wine in fridge for days without touching but wouldnt dare be caught in a dark room with a pack of 10 on my own. Well, not yet anyway !
