Noooooooooo, make it lovely and sunny so you can show off your new no smokingness to full effect. One thing though, because you are thinking about the fact that your hands have nothing to do you tend to drink more and can end up very very trollied....and then your friends aren't jealous of your new no smokingness because you are acting like a fool.....been there done that!!

(Bandra - apart from the fact that feedie & i are insanely jealous that you are in india all I have to say is that your argument that smoking cheap fags is ok is like me saying that it's ok to be run over by a robin reliant but not ok to be run over by an aston martin. Really, that's a terrible excuse & i'm just not accepting it.:mad: Death is death whether its because you smoke cheap fags or expensive ones. I used to smoke those pretty sobranie cocktails & the black & gold ones & they were hideously expensive but I thought that was fine
because they were so attractive & made me look :cool: . Now I just feel at my shallowness & stupidity.)

You're 100% correct. I should give up but I've just quit Diet Pepsi and Redbull and spent around 5 pounds a day on those two. Fags are next.

Don't be too jealous of me being India now - I'm not in not Goa or Pondicherry. I'm in Mumbai - it's too hot (typical Brit), overcrowded and polluted. But I still love it.

I was back there last month - it really has developed a lot in 10 years since my first visit.

How is everyone doing today??

Well, I am almost thru Day2, I say almost....in 3.5 hours it will be a full 2 days!!.. feels like months , my body should be almost clear of nicotine now I think!.

I dislike evenings... watching TV and drinking coffee or alcohol go hand in hand with smoking... so don't really know where to put myself ...

Might go in the bath until bedtime... haha... or just go to bed now so the time passes more quickly

Well Done all you non smokers.. :T , you all deserve a BIG medal
