    heart free dont use any nic replacement as champix blocks nic getting to the brain no matter where the nic comes from ie cigs, gum, patches, just get some regular gum. stick in you would slill be stressed out by your boss if you had a cig

    I found lolly's worked for me as gave my hands something to hold when i'd normally be holding a ciggie.

    Already way ahead of you there. Stocked up with lollies the other day, just for that hand to mouth movement. Bloody oral fixation! :eek:

    Just got back from doctors, she has given me champix tablets. Just taken my first tablet, so heres hoping. I have tried everything before and nothing has worked, I am 28 and have been smoking since i was about 15 around 20 a day but more like 50 a day if i go out to the pub.
