Haven't posted much on here recently (sorry:cool: ) as trying not to think about ciggies at all but thought i'd just say hello and give my support! I'll post more when i'm past the month mark as for me that's a milestone i never thought i'd achieve!!
Keep at it everyone :hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -

Well done Bellie. And well done everyone else, you're all doing so well, as I've said before, if anyone falls off the wagon just treat it as a blip, learn from it and jump back on board straight away. On 1st May I will have hit my 5 month milestone!!! I'm still around, but more in the background.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

What I would give to be a fly on the wall when you let them all know that you've been off them a month, I know how shocked my family are and they've been with me every mood of the way!
I think I deserved a new one, the old one's ancient, it even has the four buttons above the wheel-might add a new battery though and ebay it!
:T :T Well done Bellie, chuffed to bits for you! :T :T0 -

Well done everyone.
Public thank you to Sue U who sent me a really helpful email!!!!!!!!!!
Ive been working on cutting down, ive switched to buying packs of 10 rather than 20 (mentally i think ive got less and therefore try and save fags)
Also i managed to smoke only 4 rather than my usual 8 yesterday and then only 3 today.
Trying to get myself in the right mind set for the 1st so that hubby doesnt offer to kill me!!!!0
