    Good mornig my smoke free lovelies, how's everyone been? The past few days have been hectic for me at work so haven't been able to get along as much as I'd like!

    Day 25 for me, still smoke free, creeping up on the one month mark, slowly but surely!

    I was, like a lot of people have mentioned recently, afraid of stopping and I did dread the thought of it but I can honestly say nothing I have done in my life to date has came close to the sense of satisfaction I receive from knowing I'm not smoking and, touch wood, that I'll never smoke again. My friends are amazed as well because I was the last one they expected to stop so it's making them all think it's possible too!

    And I've saved enough money over the past few weeks to have went out and bought myself a brand new iPod, it's so pretty and shiny, it'd be a shame to put my rubbish taste in music onto it!

    I got an SMS yesterday from nicorette saying it takes 2 hours a day to smoke 20 feg a day which is about 45 days a year, what the hell am I gonna do with the time!
