I had my last ciggie at about 11.59pm on friday 28th March. So smokefree as of 29th March?
Am guessing that it's midnight tonight that I can celebrate a month? (though I will be fast asleep)
:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
Yeah go with midnight tonight
I have a few months under my belt now but I found the 1st monthversary an important step.
Well done :T

Cheers YM .. it does/will feel like a big accomplishment .. didn't really think i'd get this far with, relatively, little stress, there have definitely been very bad days but overall it's been a lot better than last time!:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0

Happy anniversary YM and congratulations to all current quitters!!
I reached my 10 month milestone on Friday (£1,309!!) - can't quite believe it ... still get the odd craving but nothing to hard to handle.
This site is an inspiration perhaps we should do a count up of how many people have actually quit using it - Jo what do you think??
Happy smoke free days all.
love and hugs
IDA
