Ok another strange side effect, since I have not been smoking I have been falling asleep on the sofa for about 2-3 hours each afternoon. Does anyone else do this or is it just me being lazy lol :D (ps have been not smoking now for 2 days 21 hours, is there a time when you stop checking your quit keeper constantly??)

  • I'm so fed up!! :(
I'd been up all night with a abcess on my gum so was really tired & in agony at 7 this morning. Got up put the kettle on made a cuppa had a few sips (ouch mouth!!) took my champix and then proceeded to throw up my sips of tea & i'm assuming the champix as it was about 2 mins after I'd swallowed it, now I'm not sure if it was the champix that knocked me sick or the abcess? Anyway had it drained today but have had a really bad day & smoked loads!!!! Ahhhhhhhh I could scream!!!!!!!!!!!

    **Rant over**
    Hope everyone is ok xxxx

  • webitha - I have not coughed much up either - I did have a wierd day of being sick (but not what I was eating and drinking - just some horrible gak  )

I am looking forward to meeting your mum - what will she be called? I like webbiesmum (although there are a lot of soandsosmums on here and they normally have young, cute kids :p )

mumzy - you've tried it now, jump back on the wagon and remember whenever you feel tempted that you didn't enjoy your last cigarette.

I have stuck a patch on for an hour to see if it stops me being dizzy (although some will tell you that's cos I am blonde lol). Funny taste in my mouth already...
