    ab - just a few in the local tonight, I am steering away from any really boozy nights at the moment. Keeping temptation at bay for a while never harmed anyone!


    yes im quite lucky to have had the same gp for donkeys years so he knows me well (parts of me tooooooo well :o), ive replaced haribo with nicorette gum and glad i did because the cravings were awful, i must say im impressed with the gum...it's certainly helping though took me 3 gums to work out the chewing technique.

    oh and im hocking it all up now too :j:o:o

    Ok I am only on day 2 and a half and I am already coughing up tonnes of rubbish. Is that normal??
