  • Hi Bellie,

Today is day 12 for me - which is nearly over, I find the evenings at home the easiest because I didn't really smoke much then anyway.

Tomorrow is day 13, which I am hoping will not be unlucky for me then day 14 and moving into week 3!!

I am going back to see the nurse on Tuesday to blow into the carbon monoxide doo-dah. That will read 0 I am sure because I will be 17 days smoke free by then. I want to chat about reducing the patches (I am only wearing them in the daytime already) and what will happen when I stop wearing them.

All in all I feel I am going strong! Hope everyone else is too!

    Morning everyone,

Just wanted to share something with all you non - smokers. I went to a Yoga class last night, 1st time in years. It was really strange because they get you to breath with all of your lungs, which I've not been used having been a smoker for 10 years (today is day 16 of not smoking).

What I'm trying to get at is that it made me feel even better about not smoking because I was using all my (now healthy-ish) lungs to breath! I would recomend it to you all, apart from I've got a bit of neck ache this morning!
