At 9.45am today I stubbed out my cigarette, blitzed the other 9 in the packet in the food processor and threw the ashtray and lighter in the bin!
So far so good, the world hasn't ended. Went shopping this morning and took the long way round the supermarket to avoid the fag counter.
I just feel a bit 'lost' at the moment as though something is missing but I'm not sure what.Quit date 27th March 2008360 cigarettes not smoked £90 saved0 -

Hi Vicky,
It's scary stuff, I was smoking from age 15 to age 31 (12 days ago lol). It's a long time isn't it?
What's your plan? When do you think you will quit?
Patches? Champix? Sheer determination? Inhalator?
Sorry to bombard you with questions!
((((HUGS)))) for you - you've taken a step already by reading all this thread and posting.
