Hi All,
Mark back, been busy this week so far.
Now on week 8 smoke free and feeling great for it. Was going to cut out beer as well but I can now taste all the wonderful flavours in different bitters so keep trying new ones! It's so amazing being able to smell and taste things I haven't done for 27 odd years. Am really determined to carry on.
It was great to come back on here and see so many of you still quitting. Good luck to all and keep up the good (but hard) work.
MarkNearly there! Been struggling for 7 years but the results are showing. :j0 -

Snails pace, just wanted to say, although it's horrible it's great that you are coughing your guts up - all that toxic stuff is leaving your body and your lungs are repairing themselves :T
Adz, thanks so much for looking out that info for mumsy, I shall add it to the first postDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
If you want to go for it
Bit long though.
What would we do without google?
(I've just coughed after not doing for a few minutes after reading the coughing post - typical!)0 -
I've added that bit to the first post.
If any of you want to add anything to the first post let me know, links, books, or things you've discovered that is great about not smoking that you didn't realise before?DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0
