    How we all doing? I see there are plenty of new faces, welcome to you all and good luck :D

    Check out post #1 and the links that will give you some information on quitting and staying quit, whenever you feel a weakness coming on click on the link to Max Kirstens video and see what you will be doing to yourself if you decide to light up again.

    It takes a short while to get through the initial cravings but don't give in cos then you gotta do it all over again!

    ive eaten 3 large bags of haribo since quitting, im getting fat :o

    feeling quite low today, tho i did go to a shop for the first time since quitting and walked out without any cigs but 3 more bags of haribo

    and im still coughing my guts up, had 4 hours sleep last night :mad:
    Bring back mark and lard NOW! or else (please) clique member no. 10 :j
