I just take one in the morning now, i did try cutting them in half but it was too fiddly.

got a bit of a come down when dropping the dose, but everything is fine now:beer:

I have told so many people how great these tablets are i could never smoke again, it would be far to embarrassing :D

    Hi all :D

Welcome to the new posters and hi to the old ones. Congrats to you all that have reached a milestone, whether it be 8 months or 24 hours!

I sometimes wish I had my old boring job back so I could sit on here all day long and chat to you all, my new job is so manic that I don't get much chance to log on and digest what people have said then respond, so apologies for being AWOL all the time. But I am reading everyday and watching how you're all getting on.

Good luck to all and speak to you soon!

Hi everybody, just checking in to see how you are all doing and it looks good.

I haven't been here for a while because I have been feeling a bit p****d off and unwell. My thyroid problem is worse than they thought, it has basically packed up - previous reading was 11.52 and last week had shot up to 65.4  so have been put on tabs for life and hopefully it won't take too long to get the dose right to control it properly. Sorry to waffle on about something that isn't to do with smoking.

I just don't know how I haven't lit up in the last few weeks, even my DH said that I hadn't picked the best time to stop with all this other c**p going on, but have managed to stay firm and not give in - it will be 10 weeks on Thursday.

You are all doing so well - keep at it:T and that includes you Basilcat!!!!
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

Forgot to say - have put on about ten pounds in weight since Christmas, which I thought was because I must be eating a bit more with stopping smoking, but no, apparently when Mr. Thyroid decides to quit on you, the weight piles on very quickly and there is no stopping it. Just hope I can get it off again.

Sorry to be a moaning old whatsit - fed up!!! Want a cig!!!
