Hi ageing biker - how's the giving up going? I think you posted before on my first day! So you had done a week then and now its 4 days later...are you up to 11 smoke-free days?

I feel fine i am on champix, eating for england though!!!, i have dropped to 1mg a day so basically half dose, and its working for me. Would like to think i could come off it earlier than three months.

Me too. Have swapped 25 fags a day for one large packet of digestive biscuits every other day:eek: still once my health returns i can sort out the excess weight ( i hope):rolleyes:

Hi all i have decided to stop smoking tomorrow as i can no longer afford it..and i want to be debt free sooner than planned. But i really need support. I have some patches in the drawer also but shall i use them?
For everyone who knows me and as i have said before first thing i do is go to the back door for a cig as soon as i wake..BUT NO this morning i came down and led on the settee for about 5-10mins..before having one without even realising. I know its not long 5-10mins but i was dead chuffed with myself.

back soon i need to do a meal plan and check me freezer fridge etc
