am i the only one dreading the fact thats its Friday??
Friday always means two things...bottle of wine and loads of smokes.
No idea how i'm going to get through tonight, but after 5 days with no fags i have to do this. Going to swot up on all the ideas and advice on here and hope i can do it.
I'm amazed at how good i feel, i already seem to have more energy,. skin looking a little better and stale smoke smell is leaving the house.
All good stuff, i need to focus on that!The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
