More the merrier Nicky, good luck keep us updated!
Lou, don't worry it happens to all of us, you will do it when you feel it's right and I believe that if you try any other time it's unlikely to work. Keep posting on here though and get some inspiration! Good luck for when you try again.

Hi all :hello:
Just dropped in to say well done to those who have stopped, good luck to those that are about to stop!
Tip of the day (for those not yet stopped) : Smokers think the 'best' bit is the first couple of drags. this is because you are taking deep drags. You are also taking deep breaths of air, WHICH IS THE BIT THAT YOU LIKE!!! Soooooo.... Before lighting up, take a few good mouthfuls of air and exhale in a controlled manner, then light up. Doesn't seem so great then, does it? All helps to remind your brain that you don't really like smoking (which you don't. Nobody does. It's true. Trust me.)
Smoke free mwahs to all

Hi everyone :hello:
Just completed 5 whole days without a cig...yey! First major hurdle tonight...I'm going to a wedding where I don't know many other people and may feel the need to huddle outside with the smokers.
Anyone else facing a non-smoking challenge this weekend? I wish you all luck if you are.If you know you have enough, you're rich.0
