This company is ridiculous, not only they hadn't delivered on Valentine's Day as promised, it wasn't even delivered today by 7PM. They shouldn't get any business.0

Maybe, but with MSE talking about rights and so on, they are taking the p out of people now, and won't listen, wouldn't you be upset? Because I am.

I know what its like to be let down by a company

I agree, plus its not about the sum of money custardy, it was about a romantic gesture on valentines & they have had 2 business days to deliver, i'm still waiting & its gone 7.30pm.
They shouldn't be taking additional new orders on their website until everyone has had their valentines delivery placed days ago.
They're probably in the pub enjoying my money whilst I have to go through the weekend without it when I could have spent it on something else, some of us have tight budgets, not me fortunately these days but some of us.0 -
Well done Arena, had my money for over a week and nothing from you, not even an answer to the phone or an email saying you are fixing it.

Hold on to money and hope people don't get too !!!!ed off, then buy and deliver the flowers (if they ever get round to it) after the price of roses has collapsed, so even more profit in their grubby little hands.
Advertising and promotion is all about gaining attention, well done Arena I'll make sure everyone I know recognises what a cheapskate bunch of chancers you are.0 -
i ordered my GFs flowers last week when the email link went live, i first tried for the £12 roses but they were sold out within 30secs, so i ordered 2 of the £20 roses.
i got an email yesterday saying sorry, and that they would deliver twice the amount today, well guess what, it is almost 10pm and no flowers, the ttracking link on the site does not work, and there is no reply to emails or phone calls.
This all stinks of a scam to me.0 -

I was the one of the lucky ones (the 500) that got the great deal! Well dindn't in the end!
I think MSE should be doing more to help us, as we trusted them to provide us with a good link.
What made me even more angry was the fact that they deleted all of my Facebook posts to them. Because I stated the 100% refund + flowers from the MSE article. Clearly they didn't want people to know of this and they deleted my link, my post and everything I had asked them. When asked by another person, they said I was being abusive. I wasn't because clearly I didn't want my post deleted.
I don't know what can be done, they say they have many 1000's of customers, so I'm not even sure that they care what we think.0 -
I also tried to order the £12 offer as soon as it went live but failed. Decided to pay the £19.99 though. I wanted them sending to my grandmother whose husband passed away late last year. He always made a great deal of effort on Valentines day so I wanted her to know he'd have wanted her to have them. So, I get the email yesterday at 11.57am saying sorry blah blah blah. Refund or 24 roses the following day. Needless to say I was very angry. I had ordered these 6 days ago! Had a know a day earlier, I may have been able to rectify it but midday that same day??!!
I told them I didn't want 24, I would like 12 delivered Friday AND a full refund. And guess what? They haven't arrived. I am bloody furious. They will not hear the last of this from me even if they continue to turn their phone system off. Never again!! Grrr0 -
But what can we do to deal with this now, they don't care what we say?0
